Cory Creel is the owner and lead operator of Dirt Dynamics LLC. His background combines over 20 years in motocross track construction with professional heavy-equipment operation — experience that translates directly to precision earthmoving, drainage engineering, and soil management on every land clearing and site grading project.
Our fleet includes tracked forestry mulchers (low-ground-pressure, Fecon-style heads), dozers (D4 and D5 class), compact track loaders, skid steers with mulcher and bucket attachments, excavators in the 5–20 ton range, motor graders, vibratory rollers, water trucks, and dump trailers. Equipment is matched to the scope on every job — small residential lots get smaller machines to protect existing landscape.
Central Florida across five counties: Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, Orange, and Lake. That spans 60+ cities from the Atlantic coast at Flagler Beach and Ormond Beach to the Lake County chain-of-lakes at Eustis and Clermont, and every major community in between. The Lake Helen headquarters keeps us 20–40 minutes from any primary project site.
Owner-operated attention to detail, no subcontractors dropped on your property without warning, direct communication with the person reading the soil and running the machine.
