Dirt Dynamics LLC is fully licensed and insured. We maintain liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. However, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, pre-existing property damage, or issues resulting from inaccurate property information.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee professional workmanship on all projects. However, we cannot guarantee results affected by weather, soil conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Any warranties are limited to the terms specified in your service agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Dirt Dynamics LLC and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
